You will only be matched with approved, background-checked clients in your local community

We’re looking for responsible, motivated teens who want to make a difference in their community while earning money.
To apply, you must:
- Be between the ages of 16–22
- Be reliable, respectful, and willing to help others
- Have a positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Be available for part-time, flexible work
No prior experience is required. We provide guidance and support to help you succeed.
Our teens help with a variety of everyday tasks that make life easier for seniors and families in our community.
Common services include:
- Companionship – visiting, chatting, playing games, or going for walks
- Errands & Shopping – grocery runs, pharmacy pickups, and local errands
- Yard Work – raking leaves, weeding, and basic outdoor cleanup
- Tech Assistance – help with phones, tablets, computers, and apps
- Light Housekeeping – tidying up, vacuuming, and organizing spaces
- Moving & Lifting Help – packing boxes and carrying items
- Pet Care Help – dog walking, feeding pets, and basic care
- Home Organization – closets, storage areas, and decluttering
Tasks are always appropriate for teens and based on comfort level and ability.
No experience is required. We provide guidance and support to help you feel confident and prepared for each job.
Jobs are shared through our group communication system. You can choose opportunities that fit your schedule and availability.
Teens are paid for each job, typically on a weekly basis. Payment details will be reviewed during onboarding so you know exactly what to expect.
